Job Title: Full-Time Pain Management Physician – Hospital-Based Practice (Eugene, Oregon)
We’re expanding our interdisciplinary pain program and seeking a dedicated specialist to lead and grow our hospital-affiliated Pain Management service line.
This is an exciting opportunity to practice in a collaborative environment where patient-centered care, clinical innovation, and interdepartmental support intersect. You’ll work closely with primary care, neurology, orthopedics, behavioral health, and rehabilitation to develop comprehensive, outcomes-driven treatment plans that make a lasting impact.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $400,000 per year + benefits

Compensation: $400,000 per year + benefits
Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with acute, chronic, and cancer-related pain
- Perform interventional procedures such as:
- Epidural steroid injections
- Facet joint blocks
- Radiofrequency ablation
- Spinal cord stimulator trials
- Peripheral nerve blocks
- Joint and soft tissue injections
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement multimodal treatment plans
- Oversee medication management in accordance with best practices and regulatory guidelines
- Provide inpatient pain consultations (as needed, site-dependent)
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine (via Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or Psychiatry)
- Active Oregon medical license or eligibility to obtain
- Fellowship training in Pain Medicine from an ACGME-accredited program
- 2+ years of clinical experience post-fellowship
- Skilled in both fluoroscopic- and ultrasound-guided techniques
- Passion for integrated, holistic, patient-centered care
- Interest in program development and/or teaching
