Pain Management Physician

Now Hiring: Pain Management Physician– Jersey City, New Jersey

Position Overview:

The Pain Management Physician will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of pain conditions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background in interventional procedures and a commitment to improving patients’ quality of life through comprehensive pain care.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits

Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with chronic and acute pain conditions
• Perform interventional pain procedures (e.g., injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulation, etc.)
• Collaborate with physical therapists, psychologists, and other providers for multidisciplinary care
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines
• Prescribe medications and monitor for efficacy and safety
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all patient encounters
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or related specialty with Pain Medicine Fellowship training
• Active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Proficiency in interventional pain management techniques
• Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and communication skills
