Job Title: Pain Management Physician| Arizona

Location: Apache Junction, Arizona

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:
As a Pain Management Physician, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide range of pain conditions using both interventional and non-interventional techniques. You’ll work closely with a team of professionals including physical therapists, behavioral health specialists, and referring providers to deliver coordinated care.

Job Duties:

• Assess and manage patients with chronic and acute pain conditions
• Perform interventional procedures (e.g., nerve blocks, epidurals, joint injections, spinal cord stimulation)
• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate pharmacologic, physical, and behavioral therapies
• Educate patients and families on pain management strategies and treatment goals
• Collaborate with internal teams and referring providers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain clear, compliant, and timely medical documentation
• Stay current with pain management research and best practices

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or a related specialty with fellowship training in Pain Management
• Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Proficient in interventional pain techniques and patient-centered care
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
