The Physician of Pediatrics promotes and maintains health by providing medical services to patients.

Looking For Full Time Pediatrician in White Natured Health And Services

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in an inpatient and/or outpatient setting. Ensure proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.

Assess patient health by interviewing patients, performing physical examinations, obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories.

Examine patient and diagnose patient’s injury or illness. Institute therapy or referrals of patient to the appropriate health care facilities, agencies, or other resources of the community.

Determine normal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests, such as x-rays, electrocardiograms, and laboratory studies, interpreting test results.

Interpret and evaluate patient data to determine patient management and treatment.

Explain procedure and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.

Institute emergency measures and emergency treatment or appropriate stabilization measures in situations such as cardiac arrest, shock, hemorrhage, and convulsions.

Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.

Perform therapeutic procedures by administering injections and immunizations, suturing, managing wounds and infections.

Qualifications:

Medical Degree (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.)

Graduate of an accredited residency program in family medicine, internal medicine/pediatrics, or pediatrics

Licensed to practice medicine in the State

Minimum 3-5 years related experience as a practicing clinician, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be board certified at hire and will be expected to maintain appropriate board certification, licensure, and membership in professional organizations.

Salary:

$220,000-$300,000 per year.
