Overview:
Our San Juan Capistrano, CA clinic is adding a Pediatrician to our growing team. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working closely with families—whether it’s tracking a child’s progress, answering parent questions, or creating a care plan that evolves with each patient.
Annual Salary:
$220,000 to $250,000
Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Practice Setting:
Outpatient pediatric clinic
Responsibilities:
- Provide preventive care and monitor childhood development
- Treat everyday illnesses and manage chronic conditions
- Guide parents on nutrition, growth, and wellness
- Ensure timely documentation using EMR
- Refer to specialists when necessary
Requirements:
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics (MD or DO)
- California license (active or in progress)
- Strong pediatric outpatient experience
- Friendly, team-first clinical style
