Pediatrician – San Juan Capistrano, CA

We're hiring a Pediatrician to join a clinic that puts relationships first. This is more than just providing care—it's about becoming a steady presence in the lives of local families. You'll see kids from birth through their teen years, guide parents through important milestones, and offer trusted support every step of the way. Annual Salary:
$220,000 to $250,000

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Practice Setting:
Outpatient pediatric clinic

Responsibilities:

• Complete well-child visits and developmental screenings
• Give vaccinations and monitor overall growth and progress
• Treat everyday pediatric concerns with a practical approach
• Talk with families about nutrition, sleep, and preventive care
• Document visits clearly and efficiently using EMR
• Refer out when specialty care is needed

Requirements:

• MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
• Active California medical license (or in progress)
• Previous experience in outpatient pediatrics
• Strong communication skills and a team-based mindset
