Pediatric Physician – San Juan Capistrano, California

Overview:
We’re looking for a Pediatrician who wants to focus on preventive care, wellness visits, and clear communication with families. This outpatient role in San Juan Capistrano offers a steady flow of patients and a calm, well-structured environment. You’ll work closely with a clinical team that values reliability, kindness, and real conversations with the people we serve.

Annual Salary:
$220,000 to $250,000

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Practice Setting:
Outpatient pediatric clinic

Responsibilities:

• Provide well-child exams and developmental follow-ups
• Administer routine immunizations
• Treat minor illnesses and monitor chronic conditions
• Help parents understand what to expect at each stage of childhood
• Use EMR to track care and referrals
• Work with other specialists when necessary

Requirements:

• MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
• Active California license (or in progress)
• Outpatient pediatric care experience
• Solid communicator and collaborative style
