Pediatrician – San Juan Capistrano, California

Overview:
This is a full-time Pediatrician position in a welcoming outpatient clinic where providers are known by name and patients are seen regularly. You’ll focus on prevention, education, and steady follow-up—not rushed visits. Annual Salary:
$220,000 to $250,000

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Practice Setting:
Outpatient pediatric clinic

Responsibilities:

• Provide well-child care, immunizations, and guidance on development
• Diagnose and manage routine illnesses and follow-ups
• Collaborate with caregivers on daily health questions
• Maintain accurate records in EMR
• Refer patients to specialists as needed

Requirements:

• MD or DO, Pediatrics board certified or board eligible
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in California
• Background in outpatient pediatrics preferred
• Friendly, organized, and communicative
