Pediatric Primary Care – San Juan Capistrano, California

Overview:
We’re adding a Pediatrician to our clinic team to help meet growing demand for preventive, patient-centered pediatric care. This role is ideal for someone who wants a steady weekday schedule and enjoys building trust with families over time. The clinic is well-staffed, organized, and focused on creating a calm and supportive environment for both patients and clinicians.

Annual Salary:
$220,000 to $250,000

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Practice Setting:
Outpatient pediatric clinic

Responsibilities:

• See children for routine wellness visits and follow-ups
• Provide vaccinations and track developmental milestones
• Manage common childhood illnesses
• Offer guidance on growth, sleep, nutrition, and emotional health
• Document clearly in the EMR
• Refer to outside specialists when needed

Requirements:

• Pediatric board certification or board eligibility
• Active or pending California license
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred
• Easygoing and approachable with good clinical judgment
