Full-time/Part-time Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Medical Doctor Wanted at Rapid Pain Relief Center in Alexandria, VA

We are looking for a motivated Physical Medicine and Rehab (PM&R) Physician to join our well-established medical group. We have a growing PM&R practice with opportunities available in skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and Inpatient Acute Rehab Units. We are flexible in our needs and can accommodate full or part-time schedules.

Our purpose is to improve functional outcomes with individualized treatment plans in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Our company philosophy is to return patients to their highest level of performance, and we focus our attention and practice on minimally invasive treatment options.

We understand that pain can have an impact on every aspect of a patient’s life, and consequently provide comprehensive treatment solutions so that patients can have a more independent, healthier way of life.

Responsibilities:

• General PM&R and Pain Management patient care
• Evaluate and treat patients, including performing all requisite medical histories and physical exams
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests/studies
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic injections/procedures
• Assist the ancillary clinical support staff as needed
• Any other duties as assigned or requested by the Medical Director
• Collaboration with the physicians, physician assistants, medical professionals, and administrative staff for comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:

• MD or DO Degree
• BCBE in PM&R (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation)
• Active Medical License
