Work Hours:

Regular business hours: 8:00 am-4:00 pm

Some weekend and evening hours might be required based on appointments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, developing personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring utmost confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
• Embrace regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Educate and support patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.

Qualifications:

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in your field.
• Active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP), or Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) in the state, showcasing your professional competence and dedication.
