Remote Outpatient Psychiatrist (MD/DO) – California
Location: Santa Maria, California
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

We’re seeking a Remote Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our mission-driven team and help shape the future of accessible, collaborative mental healthcare in California.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adult and/or adolescent clients (based on your clinical interests)
- Provide ongoing care via telepsychiatry, with sessions scheduled around your availability
- Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and case managers to ensure coordinated treatment
- Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain documentation in our secure EHR
- Deliver care that is trauma-informed, inclusive, and rooted in cultural humility
What We’re Looking For:
- MD or DO license in good standing in California
- Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Psychiatry
- Active DEA license and controlled substance registration in California
- Minimum of 1–2 years of outpatient experience (telehealth experience a plus)
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical, and inclusive care
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Comfort using EHRs and virtual platforms
