WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS:
Clinical environment
Minimal travel
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Care:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in an urgent care setting.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and appropriate diagnostic tests.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with best medical practices and patient preferences.
Provide prompt and efficient care to alleviate pain, manage symptoms, and facilitate recovery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and continuity of treatment.
Leadership and Impact:
Influence and shape procedures and policies at the center through your medical expertise and insights.
Collaborate with colleagues to drive improvements in patient care, operational efficiency, and quality standards.
Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based protocols and clinical guidelines.
Share ideas and innovations that enhance patient experiences and overall center performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Board Certification / Eligibility highly preferred
Occupational Medicine experience preferred, but we are willing to train otherwise qualified candidates in this area of medicine
Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction
Must be eligible to participate in Medicare
SALARY:
$300,000 - $400,000 a year
