Urgent Care Physician Needed in Tempe, Arizona

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Urgent Care Physician to join our growing team in Arizona. As a member of our renowned healthcare organization, you’ll play a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients with a variety of urgent medical needs. Salary: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered urgent care services to individuals of all ages.
  • Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients presenting with acute medical conditions.
  • Perform minor procedures such as suturing, wound care, and splinting.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and medical assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Ensure comprehensive patient documentation and accurate medical records.
  • Offer advice on preventative care and promote overall wellness.

Requirements:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Prior experience in an urgent care setting is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
