Part-Time/Full-Time Mental Health Therapist - Remote

We are seeking several fully remote, full-time and part-time licensed mental health therapists to fill remote positions in Tampa and surrounding areas for the world's largest online therapy platform. You provide the clinical expertise; we take care of everything else.

Salary:

  • Sign-on Bonus
  • Weekly direct deposit
  • $90k-$104k per year depending on hours worked

Qualifications:

Licensed Mental Health Therapist with an active LMFT, LCSW, LMHC or Psychologist license in good standing

Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule: Your caseload is determined by YOUR availability. You can work as little as 5 hours a week up to 40+ hours a week. This can be used to supplement current income or become a full-time therapy role.

  • Full time therapists receive a monthly stipend to cover medical, dental, and vision insurance costs.

Then, we provide clients with a wide variety of ways to connect with you so that they can best start their therapeutic journey: from scheduled live sessions to shared journal entries, to audio and video messages, to clinical worksheets, to formal goal setting, tracking, and more.

  • All clients are stable and low acuity. There are no severe mental health, addiction, or psychotic clients. 70% of the clients on the platform are younger women who may be dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, weight disorders, or need grief counseling.
