It is our goal to find qualified LCSWs, LMHCS, LMFTs, and LCSW-Rs looking for a new opportunity to help make mental health therapy more accessible and convenient to the community in need.

Who We Need

Full-time or part-time independently Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LCSWs, LCSW-Rs, LMFTS, and LMHCs) in New York to meet the growing demand for virtual counseling.

Your Role

You will be seeing clients via video chat who have depression, anxiety, weight disorders, relationship issues, OCD, ADHD, etc. depending on the client demographics of your choice, from the comfort of your home. Sessions are typically 45 minutes long and are solution-based. Most clients are short-term, and you decide how many sessions they need. The user-friendly therapist portal provides all the tools you will need.

Sign-on Bonus

We offer a substantial bonus for newly qualified licensed mental health counselors after seeing the first client, no strings attached.

Compensation

• $90-$104k per year depending on hours worked.
• Weekly direct deposit
• Substantial sign-on bonus.
• A monthly stipend for medical/dental/vision/personal use for full-time counselors.

Qualifications

• Must be an independently Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Therapist (LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, or LMHC) in New York. No interns or associates.
• Must have a Master’s degree/Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Must NOT have any disciplinary actions on your license.
• Must have a working computer.
• Must have a strong WiFi connection.
