Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist Wanted

We are a rapidly growing mental health clinic dedicated to providing excellent therapy and promoting optimum mental health for our clients. Our team of licensed therapists is committed to delivering high-quality care to individuals with a wide range of mental health needs.

Job Type:

Full-time or part-time position available with flexible scheduling.

Job Setting:

Our mental health clinic offers a comfortable and supportive environment for both clients and therapists. Our therapists can work remotely or in-office, depending on their preference.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conducting initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs.
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
  • Providing individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-based approaches.
  • Utilizing teletherapy to deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients.
  • Providing crisis intervention services as needed.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on mental health best practices and industry standards.

How to Qualify:

  • Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
  • Have a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental
  • Have strong organizational and time-management skills
  • No disciplinary actions on board

Compensation and Benefits:
