What You’ll Do:
- Conducting initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
- Providing individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-based approaches.
- Utilizing teletherapy to deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients.
- Providing crisis intervention services as needed.
- Participating in ongoing professional development activities to stay current on mental health best practices and industry standards.
- Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
- Have a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills
- No disciplinary actions on board
- $90,000-$104,000 per year, depending on caseload
