Job Type:

Full-time position available with regular business hours and occasional evening shifts.

Job Setting:

Our community mental health center provides a supportive and inclusive environment for both clients and therapists. You will work primarily in-office, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals and serving clients from diverse backgrounds.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches.
  • Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress or emergency situations.
  • Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness.

How to Qualify:

  • Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Psychologist.
  • Possess a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships.
  • Display cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
