Our substance abuse treatment center provides a safe and therapeutic environment for individuals seeking recovery. You will primarily work in our facility, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to addiction treatment.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history, mental health, and treatment needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health issues.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI).
• Collaborate with other treatment team members, including physicians, nurses, and case managers, to ensure integrated care for clients.
• Provide education and support to clients' families to promote understanding and involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

How to Qualify:

• Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possess a master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling and substance abuse treatment.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to establish rapport and motivate clients in their recovery journey.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the treatment team.
