This is a full-time position that offers flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, to ensure our client’s needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and determine their treatment needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address clients' unique challenges and goals.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to therapy.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
  • Provide education and support to clients' families, promoting understanding and active participation in the recovery process.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in full compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling.
  • Possess a solid understanding of evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders.
  • Showcase exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to establish a strong rapport and motivate clients along their recovery journey.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with the treatment team.

Compensation and Benefits:
