Your Responsibilities:
- Employ comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health concerns, subsequently developing effective treatment plans.
- Deliver individual therapy to clients using proven modalities tailored to their unique needs, promoting their personal growth and well-being.
- Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and consistently monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
- Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive the support they need.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our commitment to professionalism.
- Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, continuously enhancing your clinical skills and staying abreast of emerging practices.
- Current and valid license by the state: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, establishing a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
- Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and challenges.
- Display strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing for effective caseload management and administrative tasks.
