Work Hours:
Regular business hours: 8:00 am-4:00 pm
Some weekend and evening hours might be required based on appointments
Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, developing personalized treatment plans rooted in evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, ensuring utmost confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

Collaborate closely with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.

Embrace regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.

Educate and support patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field.
Qualifications:

Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in your field.

Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state, showcasing your professional competence and dedication.
