Full-time Positions Available for Mental Health Therapists at a thriving outpatient psychiatric office in New Ulm, MN
We have full-time positions available for dedicated mental health therapists to join our thriving outpatient psychiatric office.
Our practice focuses on treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. You will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our patients through evidence-based interventions and personalized treatment plans.
We offer a sign-on bonus.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Some flexibility in scheduling may be required based on patient needs.
Salary:
$80,000 to $100,000 per year

Responsibilities
-
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to address common mental health concerns and provide a sense of community.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.

Offer crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies.

Educate patients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities.

Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health therapy.
Qualifications:

Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LPCC, LP, or LMFT in the state.

Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.

Proven ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans.

Experience delivering individual and group therapy to diverse populations.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Sound judgment and adherence to professional boundaries and ethics.

Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and computer applications.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
