We are offering a sign-on bonus to licensed therapists who join our team.

We have full-time/part-time positions available, with regular business hours and occasional evening shifts to ensure comprehensive coverage.

As a valued team member, you will primarily work in our comfortable office, collaborating with a diverse and multidisciplinary group of professionals. Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, employing a range of therapeutic approaches to address diverse mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for our clients.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations, utilizing your expertise and compassion.
  • Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.

Qualifications:

  • Independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Completed a master's degree or a doctor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and building therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Exhibit cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively work with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
  • Display strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

Compensation:

$70,000 to $100,000 per year, based on your experience and credentials.
