Full-time/Part-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Needed at Substance Abuse Treatment Center in Vail, AZ

Schedule:

Responsibilities:

- Provide psychotherapy to individuals with mental health concerns in substance abuse treatment.

- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans using best practices and solution-based interventions.

- Administer therapeutic interventions (CBT, DBT, etc.) tailored to substance abuse recovery.

- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records.

- Collaborate with treatment team for coordinated care.

- Educate patients and families on mental health and substance abuse resources.

- Stay updated on research and integrate it into practice.

- Manage caseload, meet treatment goals, and uphold ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

- Valid LCSW license in the state.

- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, focusing on substance abuse therapy.

- Knowledge of solution-based interventions.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
