You will collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists, to deliver holistic and comprehensive care to our clients.
Full-time schedule:
Work hours are from 9:00 am-5:00 pm with occasional evening shifts and weekend shifts based on client schedule and team needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough clinical assessments and formulating personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
- Implementing various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other proven modalities.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
- Collaborating closely with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
- Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Educating and supporting patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
- Staying informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field,
- Managing a full caseload of patients, ensuring timely and effective treatment while upholding the ethical standards and professional guidelines set by your licensing board.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution
- An active license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state.
- Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
