Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insights into clients' mental health status and individual needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with client’s goals and promote their overall well-being.
  • Provide individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused approaches to facilitate positive change.
  • Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care for clients through virtual sessions.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed, addressing urgent mental health concerns with compassion and expertise.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities, staying abreast of the latest mental health best practices and industry standards.

How to Qualify:

  • Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Completion of a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with clients and colleagues.
  • Exhibit compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach in supporting clients on their mental health journey.
  • Showcase strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative tasks.
  • Have a clean disciplinary record with the licensing board.
