Full-time/Part-time Mental Health Counselors Needed for Well-Established Therapist Network

We are a well-established therapist network fully dedicated to providing remote mental health care services. Our team of licensed therapists is committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals facing various mental health challenges through virtual therapy sessions.

We offer a sign-on bonus to licensed therapists who join our network.

Full-time and part-time positions available with flexible scheduling options to accommodate therapists' availability.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, catering to the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
  • Utilize a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to clients' preferences and treatment goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.

How to Qualify:

  • Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and establishing a therapeutic connection with clients remotely.
  • Show empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients' experiences and challenges.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage therapy sessions and documentation remotely.

Compensation and Benefits:
