Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus
Qualifications:
- Active state license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique challenges and mental health issues prevalent among hospital patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with a diverse medical community.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and brief therapy models suitable for a hospital counseling center environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, manage a diverse caseload, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of patients and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Provide short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services to patients facing a wide range of concerns.
- Facilitate therapy groups and workshops that address topics relevant to patient well-being and personal development.
- Collaborate with various hospital departments, including medical teams, patient support services, and community organizations, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Engage in outreach initiatives and preventive efforts, such as mental health awareness campaigns and wellness events.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
