We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our team.

We are looking for a committed and talented Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our prestigious outpatient psychiatric practice. Our firm is well-known for providing comprehensive mental health treatments to a broad and highly respected clientele. As an important member of our team, you will work closely with people suffering from mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related diseases. You will play a critical role in performing assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy interventions to enhance and sustain our patients' mental health.

Work Schedule:

We understand the importance of maintaining a good work-life balance, thus your work schedule will adhere to conventional business hours:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting in-depth examinations to determine the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

- Collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment programs that are suited to their specific requirements, ambitions, and preferences.

- Administering evidence-based treatment interventions for mood disorders, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

- Providing comprehensive information and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, accessible treatment choices, and effective self-care practices.

- Constantly monitoring and tracking clients' progress along the therapy continuum, making any required treatment plan revisions.

- Establishing solid working relationships with psychiatrists and other medical specialists to ensure a smooth and comprehensive approach to client treatment.

- Staying up to date on the latest research and advances in the field of mood disorders, and applying this information into your treatment plans.

- Maintaining detailed and private records of client sessions, evaluations, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical norms.

- Actively participating in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities to hone your clinical abilities and stay up to date on the latest effective mood disorder treatment procedures.

- Acting as a passionate advocate for clients, pushing mood disorder destigmatization and fighting for their mental health needs. Your dedication to their well-being is critical.

Qualifications:

- A Master's or doctorate degree from an approved university in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

- In-state licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) or Psychology.

- Knowledge of evidence-based mood disorder treatment methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

- A solid grasp of psychopharmacology as well as the ability to work successfully with psychiatrists and other medical specialists.

- A demonstrated track record of efficacy in the treatment of mood disorders.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients from all backgrounds. In this profession, your ability to interact with clients is critical.
