Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Psychology
- Independent licensure without supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy
- Current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state.
- Deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and cultural competence in therapy.
- Experience delivering individual and group therapy using culturally responsive and inclusive approaches.
Responsibilities
- Help clients develop new coping, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
- Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to address common mental health concerns and provide a sense of community.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Offer crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies.
- Educate patients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities.
- Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health therapy.

$70,000 - $100,000 + Bonus
