Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 8 AM-5 PM

Flexibility in scheduling may be necessary to accommodate patient needs.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting thorough clinical evaluations and utilizing evidence-based techniques and solution-focused treatments to create tailored treatment plans.

- Using recognized therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and others.

- Ensuring accurate and private clinical records are meticulously maintained in complete accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

- Working closely with a dedicated treatment team comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists.

- Attending monthly case consultations and peer review sessions to improve the quality of treatment delivered.

- Educating and supporting patients and their families, ensuring them are knowledgeable about mental health disorders, treatment choices, and community services.

- Staying up to speed on the newest research results and breakthroughs in the field of mental health in order to deliver the most current and effective care.

Qualifications:

- A Master's or doctorate degree from an approved university in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

- A current license to practice in the state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

- The ability to utilize your knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy treatments and strategies to tailor your approach to each individual's specific requirements, delivering tailored and successful care.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
