This is a great opportunity for a clinician who wants the benefits of private practice without the stress that comes with managing a business. We will provide administrative (including billing and marketing) and clinical support for your caseload as well as client referrals.
Responsibilities
- Working directly with clients to set and achieve treatment goals
- Providing prevention-oriented therapy
- Implementing and reviewing treatment plans
- Collaborating with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Maintaining a caseload and keeping accurate session notes
- Attending staff meetings
- Enriching our environment and culture
Qualifications
- Fully licensed LCPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields
- Familiarity with community mental health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
