What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver individual therapy to clients using evidence-based techniques tailored to their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout treatment.
  • Offer teletherapy options to clients who prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with emerging practices.

How to Qualify:

  • Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Possess a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
  • Show empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseload and administrative tasks.
