Licensed Mental Health Therapists Wanted - Join Genworth Counseling Center

We are a rapidly expanding mental health community committed to providing exceptional therapy services and promoting optimal mental health for our clients. Our team consists of licensed therapists dedicated to delivering top-quality care to individuals with diverse mental health requirements.

Licensed therapists who join our team will be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs.
  • Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused approaches.
  • Utilize teletherapy to deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients.
  • Offer crisis intervention services as required.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay up-to-date with mental health best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • No history of disciplinary actions on board.

Compensation and Benefits:
