Our administration team supports therapists by providing incredible support and takes care of all marketing and business needs. This allows our therapists to focus on doing THERAPY, not case management or paperwork! Our clients are awesome and our team’s caseloads are full. We help our clients overcome numerous mental health-related obstacles while allowing our therapists to choose which therapy practices they want to utilize.

Responsibilities:
- Therapists have the flexibility to work fully remotely.
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
- Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused approaches
- Utilize teletherapy to deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients • Offer crisis intervention services as required
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay up-to-date with mental health best practices and industry standards. Requirements
Qualifications:

Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Possess a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation and Benefits: Salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, based on caseload
