Full-time Mental Health Therapist Wanted for Thrive & Bloom Counseling LLC in Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Therapist to support patients on their path to recovery from substance use disorders. Join our office and make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals and their families as they navigate the challenges of addiction recovery.

We provide comprehensive care to individuals seeking to overcome addiction. Our practice follows evidence-based treatment models and offers a range of services, including individual counseling, group therapy, and relapse prevention strategies.


Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Some evening shifts may be required based on patient needs.


Pay Range:

$80,000 to $100,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs and goals of individuals seeking substance use disorder treatment.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Deliver individual counseling sessions, utilizing motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy approaches.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions to support individuals in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and other professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support during substance-related emergencies.
  • Educate patients and their families about addiction, recovery strategies, and community resources.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities.
  • Stay up to date with the latest research, best practices, and advancements in substance use disorder treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree
  • Strong knowledge of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented care.
  • Experience delivering individual and group therapy in the context of addiction treatment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a non-judgmental and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries, adhere to ethical guidelines, and ensure patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
