Work from home, make your own schedule, and earn up to 104k a year providing mental health care to our clients through our therapist network! We offer a sign-on bonus.

We strive to help independently licensed mental health therapists connect with clients who need them most.

All clients are prescreened, stable, and have low acuity.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, or part-time;
  • Make your own hours each week;
  • Permanently remote.

Job Duties:

  • Counsel clients individually via video chat to improve their mental health
  • Encourage clients to discuss emotions and experiences to help them develop insight into themselves and their relationships
  • Act as a client advocate and help them define goals
  • Evaluate clients’ mental condition, and develop and implement treatment plans using a solution-based approach based on your clinical experience and knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling
  2. Licensing: An independent license (one of the following) issued by the state board, limited/provisional license not accepted:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  1. Ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation
  2. Exceptional interpersonal skills and sympathetic nature
  3. Strong computer literacy skills

COMPENSATION:

  • $90k-$104k per year depending on hours worked
