Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health
- status and needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs.
- Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused
- approaches.
- Utilize teletherapy to deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients.
- Offer crisis intervention services as required.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay up-to-date with mental health
- best practices and industry standards.
- Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Show compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.
- Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- No history of disciplinary actions on board.
- $90,000 to $104,000 per year, based on caseload.
