Responsibilities:
Supervises the clinical care for patients with proficiency. Provides individualized or group therapy sessions for patients, carries out assessments as required, and prepares conclusive treatment logs.
Administers to a caseload of patients with a variety of psychological needs.
Exhibits advanced expertise in assessing patients and families for possible psychological intervention, and effectively collaborates with them to create and execute a successful resolution plan.
Accomplishes the highest level of proficiency in utilizing clinical skills to counsel patients and their loved ones, address crisis situations and provide therapeutic interventions.
Provides personalized counseling services such as individual, conjoint, or family therapy that address the specific needs of clients. They may also refer them to specialized professionals to ensure comprehensive assistance.
Assessing the needs of patients and providers is necessary to create an effective plan of action for psychological services in the primary care unit.
Subsequent evaluations should be conducted to monitor progress and address evolving needs. Undertakes mental health evaluations and includes them in the care structure.
Constructs and records strategy outlines, advancement summaries, and revisions when necessary The provision of educational and supportive programs is offered to patients and families, as necessary.
Qualifications
- Only Applicants With Psychology or Social Work or Counseling Master's or Ph.D
- The role necessitates a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting as a mandatory requirement
- The position necessitates the licensure of the applicant, specifically as LPCC, LISW, LIMFT, or/ PsyD.
