Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health concerns and determine personalized treatment plans.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address clients' unique challenges and goals.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.
  • Provide education and support to clients' families, promoting understanding and active participation in the recovery process.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in full compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • A current and valid license as a
    • LMFT
    • LCPC
    • LCSW or
    • Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A master's or doctoral degreein Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of evidence-based practices for various mental health disorders.
  • Showcase exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, establishing rapport and motivating clients throughout their recovery journey.
  • Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with the treatment team.
