Job Description: We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples, and families. The therapist will work with clients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals. The therapist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client progress.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for clients
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' treatment
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, as needed, to provide comprehensive care
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in the provision of mental health services

Requirements:

    • Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
    • Active state licensure as a mental health therapist:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices for mental health treatment
