Schedule:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs, goals, and cultural considerations.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in individual, couple, family, and group settings.
- Offer crisis intervention services and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients in acute distress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge and skills to manage their mental health conditions effectively.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
- Conduct regular outcome assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health, incorporating this knowledge into clinical practice.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Salary and Benefits:
- The annual base salary range is $70k to $84k
- Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things
