Psychotherapy Family Crisis Intervention, Inc. is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our esteemed team. Position Perks:

- Structured Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility based on patient requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

- Perform comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to discern patients' trauma histories, guiding appropriate treatment strategies.
- Curate individualized treatment plans emphasizing trauma recovery and resilience enhancement.
- Administer evidence-backed therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to EMDR and TF-CBT.
- Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, aiding patients in trauma processing and fostering coping strategies.
- Foster collaborative relationships with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals for holistic patient care.
- Extend crisis intervention and guidance during trauma-centric emergencies.
- Equip patients and their families with knowledge on trauma responses, coping tools, and available resources.
- Uphold impeccable documentation standards, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal mandates.
- Engage in collaborative case consultations, team meetings, and continuous professional development centered on trauma-informed care.
- Remain abreast of evolving research and best practices in the trauma therapy domain.


Qualifications:

- Earned Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state.
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience, preferred.
- In-depth understanding of trauma-related disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.
- Proven track record in delivering trauma-focused therapies.
- Stellar interpersonal abilities coupled with a compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor.
- Demonstrated resilience in high-pressure scenarios.
- Competence in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related software.
- Collaborative spirit, ready to integrate seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.


Compensation:

- Competitive annual compensation ranging between $90,000 to $110,000.
