Dive into a role where you'll deliver unparalleled care, particularly in areas like trauma, anxiety, and depression, while upholding our commitment to evidence-based therapies and trauma-informed practices.


Work Schedule:

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.


Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough clinical assessments, crafting tailored treatment plans rooted in evidence-based and solution-focused methods.
- Execute therapeutic strategies, incorporating modalities like CBT, DBT, among others.
- Uphold rigorous confidentiality standards, ensuring meticulous record-keeping in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
- Foster collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health experts.
- Participate actively in case consultations and peer reviews to elevate the quality and efficacy of care.
- Educate and empower patients and families with insights into mental health conditions, treatments, and available community resources.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in the mental health landscape.


Qualifications:

- Master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state.
- Deep expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions tailored to individual needs.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Aptitude for building trust-based therapeutic relationships, offering empathetic guidance.
- Strong problem-solving acumen, adept at guiding clients towards positive outcomes.
