Work Schedule:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments, crafting personalized treatment plans through evidence-based and solution-centric interventions.
- Execute therapeutic techniques, encompassing modalities like CBT, DBT, and other validated approaches.
- Uphold meticulous, confidential clinical documentation in alignment with HIPAA and regulatory guidelines.
- Foster synergies with our multidisciplinary treatment team, encompassing psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health specialists.
- Actively participate in case consultations and peer reviews to refine and elevate care standards.
- Educate and empower patients and families by offering insights into mental health conditions, treatments, and community resources.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge research and innovations within the mental health sector.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in relevant disciplines like Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state.
- Expertise in tailoring solution-focused psychotherapy interventions to meet individual needs.
- Stellar communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
