Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients' mental health conditions and requirements.
- Formulate and execute tailored treatment plans aligned with clients' objectives and needs.
- Deliver individual therapy sessions for adult clients, leveraging evidence-based and solution-centric methodologies.
- Seamlessly integrate teletherapy for virtual client sessions.
- Offer timely crisis intervention services when necessitated.
- Commit to continuous professional growth, staying abreast of evolving mental health best practices and industry norms.


Qualifications:

- Current and valid licensure as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Exceptional communication prowess with a genuine empathetic and non-judgmental approach.
- Demonstrated organizational acumen and adept time-management skills.
- Clean disciplinary record with the licensing board.
