Licensed Mental Health Therapists Wanted - Join our Growing Community

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The Behavioral Health Clinician will provide mental health assessments, treatment planning, oversee documentation of other mental health clinicians, after care planning for clients, facilitate groups as needed, train staff and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of client care. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong commitment to patient advocacy, and a passion for making a difference in people's lives.

Licensed therapists who join our team will be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
  • Diagnose and treat mental illnesses
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on preventive care, & healthy lifestyle choices,
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • No history of disciplinary actions on board.

Pay and Benefits:
