Licensed Mental Health Therapists Wanted - Join our Growing Community

We are seeking fully licensed LCSWs, LCPCs, and LMFTs to join our team!

Right Perception Counseling Center is committed to being the most trusted source for behavioral health services in every community it serves by utilizing experienced and dedicated staff to provide high quality patient care and customer service.

Licensed therapists who join our team will be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

Flexible full-time or part-time positions are available with adaptable scheduling options.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments
  • Diagnose and treat mental illnesses
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on preventive care, & healthy lifestyle choices,
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • No history of disciplinary actions on board.

Pay and Benefits:
